Welcome to Quantum Foundations 0.3 - The Combined System!
You've mastered individual indicators (RSI in v0.1, EMA in v0.2). Now you're learning SYSTEM THINKING - how to combine tools for higher probability trading. This is where isolated skills become a complete trading methodology.

Prerequisites Required: ✅ You MUST understand both RSI (v0.1) AND EMA Crossovers (v0.2)

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the concept of "confluence" (multiple indicators agreeing)

• Learn to wait for high-confidence setups where RSI and EMA align

• Calculate confidence levels based on indicator agreement

• Transition from "indicator user" to "systematic trader"

• Prepare for Quantum Sentinel v1.0 (professional multi-EMA system)

Indicator-Specific Setup

Installation:

1. First, ensure you've completed BOTH v0.1 AND v0.2

2. Check both prerequisite boxes in the settings panel

3. Copy and paste the Quantum Foundations 0.3 - Combined System code into TradingView

4. Click "Add to Chart"

Critical Settings:

• ✅ Check BOTH: "I understand RSI (v0.1)" AND "I understand EMA Crossovers (v0.2)"

• Turn ON: Show System Rules, Show Confluence Points, Show Confidence Levels

• Default periods: RSI Length (14), EMA Fast (12), EMA Slow (26)

Our Settings Explanation

🎓 System Education Settings:

• Show System Rules: Displays the top-right dashboard with 3 key system rules

• Show Confluence Points: Highlights areas where RSI and EMA agree

• Show Confidence Levels: Displays confidence percentages (40%, 65%, 85%)

⚙️ System Configuration:

• RSI Length: Periods for RSI calculation (same as v0.1)

• EMA Fast: Fast EMA period (same as v0.2)

• EMA Slow: Slow EMA period (same as v0.2)

Trading Rules Using Our System Only

GOLDEN RULE: CONFLUENCE = CONFIDENCE. NO CONFLUENCE = NO TRADE.

Our Specific Trading Rules:

1. HIGH CONFIDENCE LONG (85% Confidence):

   • EMA Direction: BULLISH (Fast EMA > Slow EMA)

   • RSI Momentum: BULLISH (RSI 50-70, NOT overbought)

   • Chart Background: BRIGHT GREEN

   • Signal: "STRONG LONG" label below bar

   • ✅ TAKE TRADE: Strong buy/long signal

2. HIGH CONFIDENCE SHORT (85% Confidence):

   • EMA Direction: BEARISH (Fast EMA < Slow EMA)

   • RSI Momentum: BEARISH (RSI 30-50, NOT oversold)

   • Chart Background: BRIGHT RED

   • Signal: "STRONG SHORT" label above bar

   • ✅ TAKE TRADE: Strong sell/short signal

3. MEDIUM CONFIDENCE (65% Confidence):

   • EMA Direction and RSI Momentum agree, but RSI is in extreme zones

   • Example: EMA Bullish + RSI Overbought = BE CAREFUL

   • Example: EMA Bearish + RSI Oversold = BE CAREFUL

   • Chart Background: Light green or light pink

   • ⚠️ MAYBE TRADE: Wait for better confirmation

4. LOW CONFIDENCE (40% Confidence):

   • Indicators disagree OR both neutral

   • Example: EMA Bullish but RSI Bearish momentum

   • Example: RSI Oversold but EMA Bearish

   • ❌ NO TRADE: Wait for confluence

5. NEUTRAL ZONE:

   • RSI between 45-55 AND EMA lines close together

   • ⚪ Background color

   • ❌ NO TRADE: Market is balanced, no edge

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions:

1. "No signals showing even though indicators look good"

   • Check: Both prerequisites are CHECKED

   • Check: RSI must be between 30-70 (not extreme) for high confidence

   • Check: EMA lines must be clearly separated (not tangled)

2. "Background colors confusing"

   • Bright Green = High Confidence Long

   • Bright Red = High Confidence Short

   • Light Green = Medium Confidence (EMA bullish + RSI bullish but extreme)

   • Light Pink = Medium Confidence (EMA bearish + RSI bearish but extreme)

   • No color = Low confidence or neutral

3. "Labels not showing"

   • Check: Show Confluence Points is ON

   • Labels only appear for HIGH CONFIDENCE signals (85%)

   • Medium confidence signals have background color only

4. "Confidence levels seem wrong"

   • System calculates based on RSI zones:

     • RSI 50-70 + EMA Bullish = 85% Long

     • RSI 30-50 + EMA Bearish = 85% Short

     • RSI 70+ + EMA Bullish = 65% (caution - overbought)

     • RSI 30- + EMA Bearish = 65% (caution - oversold)

5. "Progress not increasing"

   • Only HIGH CONFIDENCE signals count toward progress

   • Medium confidence doesn't count (these are practice signals)

   • Need 5 high confidence signals to reach 100%
